Expo Georgia offers wide range of alternatives to meet needs and preferences of each exhibitor, starting with an all-inclusive stand package, which includes furniture, carpet, electrics and lighting, or even space only option, if a company prefers to design and build the stand by itself.

Exhibition Fees and Rates

Registration Fee – 250 Euro

Includes: entry into the exhibition catalogue, identity cards for participants, invitations cards for visitors, general advertising expenses, and administrative expenses.

Equipped Stand – 195 Euro/1 sq.m.

Includes: minimum 9 sq.m. space, octanorm booth construction, wall panels on 3 sides, carpet, 1 light spot per 3 sq.m., fascia with the company name, 1 table, 4 chairs, wastepaper basket, general cleaning of the pavilion, general security of the pavilion.

Unequipped Stand – 180 Euro/1 sq.m.

Includes: minimum 9 sq.m. space, octanorm booth construction, wall panels on 3 sides,1 light spot per 3 sq.m., fascia with the company name, general cleaning of the pavilion, general security of the pavilion.

Space Only – 156 Euro/1 sq.m.

Includes: minimum 18 sq.m. space, carpet, general cleaning of the pavilion, general security of the pavilion.

Outdoor Space – 45 Euro/1 sq.m.

Includes: minimum 10 sq.m. space at exhibition fairground.
